Hi, am having black patches spreaded over my thighs and below my waist, its itching when sweats....i had the same patches under my armpit...but now it disappeared. Could u plz help me on this.

Hello der acanthosis nigricans should be ruled out consult dermatologist for further evaluation and treatment.
