Skin allergy from past 6 days. Took anti allergic shorts and on medication, but does not effect well. Promethazine IM taken...But allergy triggered again.

I would advise you to meet the dermatologist at the earliest. It is likely that you have an underlying cause to this. You may require a deworming tablet if you haven't had it in the last 6 months. You will require an antihistamine tablet to be taken everyday and application of calamine lotion over the sites of allergy will be of some help. But i strongly recommend that you visit a dermatologist and find the underlying cause of your allergy. Keep a close eye on when and how your allergy is triggered and on ding what does it reduce
