Skin allergy and rashes. Concerning.

Hi, I am experiencing dry rashes on my skin under my body hair. Specially under arms hair, pubic hair and body hair. Leading to a lot of irritation and itchiness all throughout the day. I am a sikh male, an above average hairy person. Since, it's winters, my head hair go through a lot of dandruff. The scale is so high that it has started reaching my eyebrowses and beard and armpit hair. This is also affecting my skin and hence i am seeing a lot of pores and pimples on my skin and body lately. I am a quite hygienic person. Take care of my private area and keep it clean but been experiencing a lot irritating burns and pubic lice i don't know how and why. I have been sexually active with person but that too is stopped since this is a little concerning.
