Skin allergy & red patch

Question

Asked for Male, 28 Years

Whenever I eat egg, chicken, or oily foods, my skin gets red an allergy is formed on head, shoulder, face, hands and back you can say for whole upper body after few hours.. I never visited a doctor on this and this problem is since 3yrs .. please do help me on this..
