Hello Well I understand that you are suffering from pain due to gastritis...Apart from medications you also need to make sure that you have food on time, drink water properly and well and also avoid spicy and oily food...You can meet a gastroenterologist or general surgeon for endoscopy and that can be assessed...We can also check if you have h pylori infection..Thank you

Hi..... Avoid foods and drinks that trigger heartburn. Everyone has specific triggers. Common triggers such as fatty or fried foods, tomato sauce, alcohol, chocolate, mint, garlic, onion, and caffeine may make heartburn worse. Avoid foods you know will trigger your heartburn. Eat smaller meals. Avoid overeating by eating smaller meals. Don't lie down after a meal. Wait at least three hours after eating before lying down or going to bed
