This is a home sperm concentration test kit. Two visible lines, C and T, usually mean your count is above the kit's cutoff for normal. A faint T line like yours can be borderline, so it isn't a clear answer on its own.
Next Steps
A full semen analysis at a lab checks concentration, motility and shape together, which this strip can't show. If you and your partner are trying to conceive, get that test done for a complete picture.
