Sinusitis maybe something else
Since January my nose /throat has been blocked in the mornings and causing me to cough and my gag reflex takes over and it’s near being sick, I have noticed that one nasal spray is helping but I want something that’s solid and will totally get rid of the issue. I believe it’s sinusitis, i realistically want to totally get rid of it/mucus.

It sounds to be allergic rhinitis. The main treatment for it is to avoid things to which u r allergic. Get investigation s done absolute eosinophil count, serum IgE levels and X Ray PNS ND consult ENT physician
