Sinusitis infection
I have a sinusitis infection problem , when I consulted ent specialist he said tht polyp n sinusitis infection had arrested ur one side nasal passage, is tht better way to go without surgery or oral medicine can cure this,by the I also bit nervous in operation as well as financially nt in position to tackle this

You seem to be suffering from nasal polyposis with chronic rhinosinusitis. Initial treatment with medications such as antibiotics, steroids can sometimes improve your condition. If medications fail surgery is the only option
