Sinusitis & allergic rhinitis
If Nasomac AF nasal spray is applied (trying to optimize its usage which I was using for 10 years) mucus is draining & more mucus is formed. But if not applied, mucus does not form. Like to receive advice if nasal spray should be applied.

U had severe sinusitis.. Get done nasal endoscopy, allergic test and cect nose &PNS .. Depends on cect nose u need further treatment.

Tab Montair lc 1 tab once daily at night for 15 days,Flomist nasal spray 2 puff twice daily in both the nostrils for 15 days,Avoid cold and dust .Steam inhalation twice daily.

Depends on your symptoms. More history is required. Start doing some physical workout. That will improve your mucous drainage.

As far as I know and read Nazomac AF will reduce the mucus and cause dryness, to the extent of bleeding. You are reporting opposite effect! For what problem are you using this allergy medicine for?
