Sinusities or DNS. Is the only way?

One doctor did endoscopy and said u don't have allergy it's DNS to right  and it needs surgery u will be cured , 3 doctors took ctscan and said its allergy Cetrazine works but makes me dry in nose throat and it's very irritating Mucus is white Problem is I don't get sneeze due to dust pollution sunlight or temperature but when I do sex I think it makes my immune system more low and coming of cold becomes more often and den sneeze comes then if I don't take med cetrazine and betnasol sneeze will come , first by temperature or anything I eat even water then if I don't take med for two day then it comes even with dust or smoke or small change in anything or smell too My question is how would I know that whether I have to go for surgery or with pranayam Is DNS making allergic symptoms or allergy making DNS Is it diagnosable the exact case or pranayam is the only way
