Sinus tachycardia with old inferior wall
My doctor asked me to done some test for my gallstone surgery( I have a 8.9mm stone in my gallbladder with cholesterolosis).I have done ecg, chest xray, and fbs. Xray is normal, cbc(eosinophil is little high), fbs is also normal. Only found some problem in ecg report it's written "Sinus tachycardia with old inferior wall". I have attached my ecg report. Please help me understand what does it mean. I have anxiety issue.

The ECG is normal you just have high heart rate due to anxiety. There is no evidence of old inferior wall ischemia on ECG. Relax don't worry

ECG shows high heart rate. No evidence of old inferior wall MI. Please get an echo before surgery. If Echo shows good LV systolic function no problem in going ahead with surgery.
