These symptoms suggest sinusitis arising beacuse of allergy . You wull need a diagnostic nasal endoscopy first followed by a ct scan of paranasal sinuses to evaluate further regarding the sinusitis. Antihistamines and a topical steroid nasal spray can be useful.
