  4. Sinus Problem. Aid me. please help.

Sinus Problem
Having cold sinus problem ,cant breath properly from nose ,i breath from mouth al the time, having leg pain if i walk for while .. I take steam and hot water with salt as fomentation but it still doesnt aid me. Please help.

Hello... You take medicines for this like antihistamine, mast cell inhibitors... Just home remedy will not help in severe allergy, you consult ent specialist in the nearest hospital... Always have warm water and foods, cover yourself while going out... .........
