Sinus pressure
I have full pain behind upper lip and front teeth and half of my right nasal passage is congested. No other symptoms of a cold. No runny nose or drainage. No cough or sore throat. Slight pain heading towards ears but no pain above my middle nose and nothing in the creek area.

It may be vestibulitis. Infection of nasal vestibule which is progressing to cellulitis. Avoid picking of nose . Use Capsule Amoxyclav 625 mg three times a day for 7 days. Use Zerodol P tablet two times a day for seven days. Tablet Rantac 150 mg two times a day for seven days. If u see visible pus point u can apply t bact oint ment for seven days with clean cotton tip applicator.
