Sinus pain ( mucus comes a lot nose)
I have sinus problem since so many years
My facial and nose pains a lot.
In winter it is very difficult to breath
Thick mucus comes my nose
My concentration became lost on job and studies because of sinus problem what should i do
If any surgery is needed
Or use of course will decrease it

Your description fits into a picture of Chronic Sinusitis. Please see a ENT specialist who will perform a Endoscopy and a CT scan of sinuses to know the extent of the disease. Depending on that,you may or may not need a surgery.
