Single ulcer and pain in neck
From last 1 and half mont I'm having a ulcer in my mouth even I'm not clear it's ulcer or anything else I had a accident 4 years before and I ate that time I had taken antibiotics and I'm having pain in throat from last one month I'm scared about it having a doubt that it's symptom of mouth cancer and some times I get fainted for 5-10 minutes

For pain in throat take:- Tab Augmentin 625mg twice daily for 5 days Do warm saline gargles for throat Apply Hexigel ointment on mouth lesion 3-4 times daily for a week For fainting consult a neurologist If throat pain does not subside by medication consult ent
