I have only one testicle and I feel like there is an undecended testicle. I do not have history any pain in and around the testicle. But I often suffer from lower back pain. I have been feeling like some lump in my scrotum since many years but it feels like tubes or veins. I do not have history of any other illness and also do not get sick that often. I am 22 years old. Do I have the risk of Cancer? And will having one testicle affect my life later? I do not have enough courage to go to the doctor with this problem? What can I do?

You need to get yourself investigated. Undescended testis increases risk of cancer. If it is there in you abdomen it has to be removed. Most of the times it can be done laparoscopically.
