My husband having pain in Testicles

Asked for Female, 25 Years

My husband having pain in testicles from 15 days. He has dought that it is cancer why because he has undecided testicles. So we tested AFP, S LDH and beta HCG. So reports says AFP is 2.97, beta HCG 0.33 and S LDH is 322. In that report we observed AFP and beta HCG are in range. But LDH is little bit high. 5 months back we tested ultrasound but there is no any tumors in testicles, but Varicocle stage 1 is present. Please suggest is there any serious problem, Like cancer or anything else. Please suggest doctor who we have to meet. Thank you.
