Single steroid injection
I was given a single dexona 2ml injection which I think equals to 8 mg dexamethasone with other Diarrhoea meds such as firaxygyl and lomofen.. I am a pre diabetec .. can that single dexona injection supress my immune system and cause me to get infections? Or a single injection of this much dose doesn't interfere with cortisol? Please answer thanks

U are Pre diabetic,so u should use proper healthy diet which contains low carbs,high protein,high fibre
If u are overweight,try to reduce ur weight
And check ur blood sugar levels annually.
