Single right kidney
I have single right kidney (left kidney absent from birth) with mild hydronephrosis due to narrowing at terminal end of ureter. Urine protien 24 hour- 726mg/24 hour Creatine clearance -49.97 ml/min/1.73 sqmt Renogram gfr 40.14 ml/min I am not taking any medicine. What precaution should i take?

Hello...... Physical exercise is healthy and good for you. However, it's important for someone with only one kidney to be careful and protect it from injury.You should have a healthy well-balanced diet, reduce your salt intake and aim to drink six to eight glasses of water a day, or a minimum of two liters.Be carefull while taking any analgesic...
