Since born deaf and dumb
My self Vishwanath living and working in DRcongo. like in work places I meet one guy who is worried for his son due to his deaf and dumb since birth while talking he said to me and due to French speaking country  and also lack of many facilities he unable to help his child so on a humanity basis I thought why can't I try find him some useful and cheap treatment from India so that's why am here to find a specialist ENT doctor...

Hi...deaf mute child needs thorough evaluation...to rule out any syndromes and also fitness for cochlear implant surgery...

Deaf and dumb child if less than 5 yrs can be given cochlear implant , which usually cost between 6-10 lakhs. Till cochlear implant is done, child can be given a digitally programmed hearing aid.
