Since a week not getting erection.
I usually get a erection really quick to porn , by imagination or by looking at sensual pictures , but since 8 days I am not feeling that . It takes me a while to get the erection and I don't feel the pleasure like I did a week or two ago. Really scared about why this is happening . The only recent changes in my lifestyle are 1) gyming for weight loss 2) on a diet to regulate weight 3) my sleeping cycle has disturbed and I seelp very late :4 or 3 am and get up at 11. Not diabetic or any diseases. Please help me doctor.
