For silver filling three things are important, firstly it should be done properly, secondly their should be no water contamination during treatment, thirdly you are not supposed to eat something from that side few hours after treatment. Visit dental clinic if you had doubts or can consult online for more guidance.

It may come out if not done properly or due to moisture contamination or if you ate something hard using those teeth before the complete set of the material.

There are probabilities that the filling might come out.You need to visit a dentist so that he/she can examine the condition of your silver filling. If it has come out, then you need to go for a replacement filling asap.
