Silent attack would mean attach without chest pain... It can present as breathlessness, sweating  palpitations. Especially on activity . ECG , ECHO AND CARDIAC ENZYMES help in diagnosis.

Hello, As the name itself suggests, silent heart attack is often without chest pain with very subtle other symptoms like breathing difficulty or dizziness or sweating It can be diagnosed by doing ECG Echo Take care
