Hello Your doctor will perform few tests like pentacam to see corneal topography and thickness schrimer test and fundus examination and if all these tests are normal then Lasik surgery can be done Else ICL is an option For more information you can read my health tips on Lasik available on practo healthfeed

It depends upon the thickness and topography of your cornea. But With this much number it's likely to have a residual number, which may compell you to use glasses. In such cases ICL is the best option.
