Sir I have got temperature (mild ) can I take paracetamol with these medications ( actually I'm under supervision of a psychiatrist )

Hello, If the fever is 100°F or more then take one paracetamol 500 mg tablet. If less wait and watch. Please hydrate yourself with warm water or with some electrolytes.
