Side effects of palbociclib
Hi doctor, if the WBC count is less as a result of Palbociclib medication for breast cancer, Then is it advisable to continue the medication or stop the same?

Fall in WBC count is expected with palbociclib..but need to be  monitored as per the dose schedule.dont interrupt palbociclib without consultation with your oncologist.Meet ur oncologist for proper guidance and may be dose modification if required.

Palbociclib can be dose modified as per the Hematological parameters and needs close monitoring of the same. What is her dose as of now and what are her blood parameters.
