Sir i am 17'10 , and have been doing masterbation for 4 years 10 month, usually 1 time in 3 days or often gap of 5 day, i am thin since my childhood, now I have left masterbation and today is my 25th day, sir after quitting masterbation, night fall often occur every 3 days or 2 , but now it is 5 day, and my skin is looking loose and like old age and bones are also weaken, so whether I take medicines or this night fall and weakness would go after taking some time , i only work for my goals and be busy , please tell in ur reply,
