Condom broke during sex, I really don't wanna take any pills as I already have lot of irregular periods so I don't wanna take a risk. Is it necessary for me to take a pill. If yes what are the side effects

While taking emergency contraceptive pills like I pill on a routine and regular basis is not ok, taking one occasionally usually does not cause problem. You may experience some bleeding after a few days of taking it. Also, please remember that they offer only 85% protection and may fail 15% times. So, do continue a good and regular contraceptive as per discussion with your doctor.
