Respected Sir or mam plz guide me On the side of my cheek It became litle white I'm sharing u a pic plz chexk tell me what is that sir What mouthwash medicine I have to use along with it I have to do hot water gargel with litle salt

Most likely, it is not serious. You can do chlorhexidine gargles. If you are tobacco user or smoker you should stop it.  If it persists for long get yourself properly evaluated.
