Shrinking private part

Asked for Male, 30 Years

Over the years I feel my penis has shrinked...what to do. Attached image. ... Erected penis is just 3 inches and non erected is very small... Foreskin completely covers it and difficult to pee pulling the foreskin back. Sorry for posting images here but I need to know the treatment for this as it is embarrassing.
