Shoulder Pain with Grinding Sound
I underwent SLAP Repair, Biceps tenodesis & Subacromial Decompression and Recently Bankart Tear, I still have pain and crunching sounds in my shoulder joint, Recent MRI shows Synovial Thickening with loose bodies and Join Effusion

• Gentle Shoulder Stretching. • Core Strengthening Exercises. • Gentle Neck Exercises. • Avoid sleeping on affected side. • Warm up and cool down is a must

Crunching sounds will be present due to knots put up for slap repair.
