Hello, We understand your feeling, pain and your condition. All the time shoulder pain will not be bbecause of lifting weight but also because of poor posture while sleeping g and sitting, sudden jerks or movement of head may also lead to this. You need to is to apply heat packs for 20 mins 4 Times a day and give good rest and maintain right posture while sitting and sleeping. Thank you
