Shoulder pain-since 4mths
4 months back I slipped from the stairs and got continuous pain in left shoulder x ray was done. Subscapularis  tendon shows PDFS and STIR hyperintensity with maintained continuity of fibres- s/o tendinosis/ tendinitis.

tendinitis better relieved by physiotherapy, take ultrasound therapy, symptoms will reduce

Consult Ortho surgeon who will advice medicines and physiotherapy. Mobilization of shoulder with exercises over a period of time is required. Alternatively you can go for intraarticular steroid injection.
