Hi, it needs complete evaluation. In myocardial infarction or heart attack pain in left side of chest and radiating pain in left arm. If any nerve injury also can cause pain in left arm and numbness. Bone injury can cause pain and swelling. Go for ecg, xray left hand. Consult physician and orthopedician for complete evaluation.
