I met with an accident from then my shoulder is paining.. it's been 7 months now.. I am not able to move my shoulder

Hey Might be your shoulder ligament sprain occurred that time First of all go for MRI and than after take decision Depend on MRI report you can consult physiotherapist or orthopedic surgeon In grade 1 or 2 sprain physiotherapy will help you
Next Steps
till than you can apply ice over that painful area
