Hi Sir,
I don't know how I got myself injured. But when I keep my elbow in parallel with my shoulder, the pain at the shoulder is unbearable. I play cricket and so when I bowl or bat, I don't face any issues. But when it comes to throw a ball, I can't. The pain is just insane at that moment. I kept ignoring the pain and thought that rest might help but nothing changed.
Can you please suggest what steps should I take?

Your pain is due to injury to your shoulder muscles ( rotator cuff) due to throwing activities.
Best way to diagnose is to get an MRI of the shoulder with contrast.
