Shoulder pain
Hi around one year back i was playing and had my right shoulder dislocated due to.impact. now i am having pain in that shoulder area. previously i haven't had any medications, but i had got my xray done and there was nothing in it. in october last year i tried playing cricket and during bowling due to jerk action again my shoulder got dislocated. i am worried about this. is there any solution . i am able to do general activities of the day, but any jerk actions or strain to the shoulder causes pain and there is always a worry of again dislocation.
