Dear sir/Madam,I have pain in right shoulder,It was happened in Gym workout a week before,while doing flat bench press,I heard a sound in my shoulder when I move the barbell downward to my chest,After that I can bush the weight upward from rack but I am unable to move downwards,if I down the barbell my shoulder is painful other wise No pain, I saw a bone doctor,he suggest a
physiotherapist,physiotherapist giving me a heat therapy the past five days and also given dyclofinec tablet and spray,but not cured,still I'm taking rest.,and also giving myself hot water fomentation in home,kindly let us know what could happened in my shoulder? How get heal Asap?
