This is the second time this has happened but im not sure if I should be seeking medical advice because last time this happened (5 years ago) I recovered.
I fell playing hockey. Tried to catch myself on the ice. Obviously that didn't help and all my weight fell onto my arm pushing my shoulder up. I dont think my shoulder is dislocated as there is no bruising, swelling or any odd bumps. But damn its hard to move my arm. It pretty much hurts moving in any direction or just feels super tight.
