Shoulder neck and back pain numb arm
I slept funny a few weeks ago and the pain is still there I have trouble turning my neck back and shoulder pain and my right arm feels numb when I clench my hand

You are suffering from trapezities Apply ice. Consult nearest physiotherapy clinic and start stretching  and strengthening exercise  for neck, muscle
