Shoulder Dislocation
I had a right shoulder dislocation in my 8th(about 7 years ago) while playing the game of hand ball. It happened a lot more times after that, quite easily. It even occurred while i sneezed heavily. But it hadn't occurred since 3 years,It happened while I was swimming(learnt it before dislocation occured for first time).I swam for 4 days without any problem.Fifth day it happened and it so painful that I couldnt relocate it. Most painful dislocation in the history. I think its the 13th dislocation

If you are unable to relocate your shoulder by yourself then you must approach orthopaedician.
Consult a experienced physiotherapist and learn exercises to avoid dislocation.
Avoid activities which predispose to to dislocation
Even after that if dislocation continues, you may need surgery
