Shoulder dislocation
5 years back my shoulder got dislocated while cricket balling. And it got cured itself in some days. But from then, it gets dislocated easily at some angles of my shoulder. Whenever I try to put shoulder force at some particular angels, it get dislocate.
I can ball, But I cannot throw it, as throwing a ball dislocate my shoulder.

Your symptoms suggest that some of the soft tissues in the front part of the shoulder were torn during the initial injury and created an instability in the shoulder. So the treatment will involve strengthening the structures in the front part of the shoulder by means of a surgery. The deficit in the shoulder will be well demarcated with the help of an MRI so that should be the next step in the management of your case.
