Dear friend .clicks coming out while doing behind moves and pain while pushing the shoulder are signs of labral pathologies in shoulder. You should get assessed with shoulder expert.you might need some exercises. And you will be fine .rarely there are tears in labrum that needs repair but can be confirmed only after assessment. Wish you early recovery.regards dr pankaj agrawal .shoulder knee and joints surgeon.Ahmedabad
Hello. Did you have any fall on your hand in the recent past? Clicks are because of any instability in the shoulder joint. Kindly stop push ups and pull ups for 2 weeks time and consult any physiotherapist for pain relief. Later you you start strengthening exercises of shoulder joint.
