Proximal humeral fracture can be treated with out surgery now. Main problem with or without surgery is stiffness. Have an X-ray next week. Use collar and cuff. Please share other views

it can be treated very well without surgery. no difference in outcome or rehab time. use some support for your shoulder either a collar and cuff or an arm pouch. xray it next week. and share
