  4. Shoulder blade pain. Please advise!

Shoulder blade pain
I am having a light pain in my leg side shoulder blade since 5 days. The pain seems to be radiating to my neck. It seems to be worsen when I sit bend as do my work on my laptop. Please advise Regards Sydney

Could be cervical radiculopathy . Start with posture care and neck exercises.

Hi,good afternoon.This is Dr.Rajesh Srinivas. Your symptoms points towards Trapezitis a condition a Muscle fatigue pain which is a common condition of your age ,may also be due to Vit d deficiency also.
Next Steps
will be giving u Muscle relaxant along with calcium and vit d supplements.
Health Tips
don't use thick pillow at night,and sunlight exposure at least 30 mins.
