I used to lift weight in my gym and durin4 squats i feel pressure on my cervical spine and now i feel pressure in my cervical spine and also my shoulder pain starts.
I take electric stimulation,heat treatment also but that of no use.

You are probably lifting too much weight without enough conditioning of the body. Try reducing the weight and alongside strengthening of cervical spine muscles
