I have a shoulder and neck pain... But when take pain killers than that is relief for few hours.. What should I do next?

Hello....... Degenerative arthritis of the spine in the neck (cervical spine) can pinch nerves that can cause both neck pain and shoulder pain.poor posture,working at a desk for too long without changing position,sleeping with your neck in a bad position,jerking the neck during exercise could be the cause. Consult orthopedic surgeon.
