Should letrozole be used
I am planning to get pregnant. Since I have pcos and irregular periods I have been having ginette 35 for 3 months to regularize. I have been suggested by my doctor to have letrozole from Day2-Day6 of my periods and then start trying. I haven't tried to get pregnant yet and thus not proven infertile. I have read that letrozole is used to make more fertile which results in twins at times. Also there are proven record of birth defects as a result of using letrozole. I want to know if it's true or is it safe to use letrozole to get pregnant.
