Should I need to take progesterone?

Asked for Female, 30 Years

After two failed iui, now I changed the doctor and doing Timed IC this cycle. Took letrozole and follicular study done, doctor asked to have IC from next day of trigger to next 5 days . Also didn't gave me progesterone tablet. So far in other hospitals I had treatment they used to give progesterone after ovulation. So I am confused. Can I conceive without progesterone when ovulated with medicine?
